With EZ-fill Smart® we provide you with a highly standardized platform, featuring increased quality and reducing complexity for pharma operations.

EZ-fill Smart® was developed in close collaboration with major machine vendors, testing the processability, and ensuring seamless integration into standard fill & finish lines. The platform accommodates both small and large batch production, maximizing flexibility.
EZ-fill Smart® packaging is also compatible with the current EZ-fill® process.

EZ-fill Smart® Enhanced Processing Design

  • No glass-to-glass and minimized glass-to-metal end-to-end - Ensuring maximum integrity of pre-sterilized containers throughout the manufacturing process
  • High automation - Increasing productivity and reducing human errors while ensuring higher quality and process repeatability
  • Low-Temperature VHP sterilization method - We offer the option of Low-Temperature Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP) sterilization, reducing environmental impact compared to traditional Ethylene Oxide (EtO) methods.
