Certified pharma vials and available options

We are certified ISO 9001 and ISO 15378, and the Type I glass tube used for vial production complies with PH.Eur., USP, and JP.

Our Regulatory Affairs team can support customer drug applications and provide authorization of DMF submissions to US FDA, Health Canada, as well as for other regional authorities.

In our portfolio, we offer vials with various features to suit different needs. Nexa®, Fina®, LDP, and Microvials meet the specific requirements of diverse applications.

We also offer siliconized vials – effective solutions specifically designed to mitigate risks associated with lyophilized drug products. These vials are a reliable choice for certain biologic formulations, helping to reduce the risk of fogging and facilitate drug recovery.

Ready-to-use vials for efficient fill and finish

Producing small batches of customized medications and high-value pharmaceuticals can pose significant challenges for fill and finish operations. These processes demand higher quality containers and increased flexibility, as frequent changes between different medications are necessary to minimize costly waste.

Our EZ-fill® vials are washed and sterilized, making them suitable for processing on both new and existing fill and finish lines. The vials remain nested throughout the entire process, including during freeze-drying, ensuring efficient handling.

For customers interested in exploring medium- to high-speed fill and finish lines, EZ-fill® vials in trays guarantee higher packaging density while maintaining no glass-to-glass contact throughout shipment hence ensuring high quality compared to traditional fill and finish processes.

Discover the benefits of our EZ-fill® ready-to-use vials, designed to streamline pharmaceutical processes by reducing the need for additional sterilization. Learn more about EZ-fill® and EZ-fill Smart® platforms.

Need help demonstrating compatibility of your drug product with our vial systems?

Our Technology Excellence Centers can be your strategic partner performing comparison and compatibility testing throughout the product development lifecycle.

Critical tests such as glass delamination and Container Closure Integrity are essential to demonstrating your drug product remains stable and effective throughout its intended shelf life. Early testing further minimizes the risk of re-formulation or container re-validation or worse to re-call your product after its launch into the market.
