Handling systems for secondary packaging lines

To complement our secondary packaging solutions, we provide flexible feeding and handling systems designed to support smooth product flow and seamless integration across pharmaceutical and biotech production lines. These systems can include tray and sorting infeed solutions, as well as gentle parenteral handling technologies for primary containers.

For high-speed syringe handling, Stevanato Group offers a smart de-nesting and re-nesting unit designed to transfer syringes to and from nests and tubs. Its ultra-compact design, configurable inlet and outlet, and high modularity make it easy to integrate into different production layouts, with a capacity of up to 660 syringes per minute.
