It is a software tool able to simulate the analysis and results of the different inspection stations installed in the machine, having the same interface and the same potential as the machine vision system. It works on the images acquired in the machine (during testing or production), and it allows for fine-tuning recipes and creating new ones, as well as reprocessing images of an entire batch and checking the trend of waste as the parameters change. All without interrupting production.
