Nexa® Syringe: Optimized for Biologics
features
Nexa® Syringes: Ultra-Low Tungsten and Optimized Silicone Coating for Drug Stability
Nexa® Answers to Main Challenges of Biologics
-
Increased drug-container compatibility
Ultra-low tungsten and glue residuals -
Enhanced cosmetic quality, improved mechanical resistance
Advanced manufacturing and in-line inspection minimize the risk of breakages and rejects in downstream process -
Consistent gliding and injection force
The optimized silicone-oil distribution along the barrel provides enhanced gliding performance
Nexa® Syringes: Enhanced Functionality to Ensure Autoinjector Compatibility
Nexa® syringes have been specifically designed to meet the dimensional requirements of autoinjectors and to ensure excellent mechanical resistance when compared to a standard syringe.
These durable properties derive from optimized product handling throughout the entire manufacturing process (no glass-to-glass contact and limited glass-to-metal contact).
Advanced in-line inspection carefully controls products, minimizing the risk of in-line breakages during fill-finish operations, and reducing the number of rejects.
