Extended 100% temperature control by pyrometers
Monitoring of forming speed (rotation and tool speed)
100% in-line dimensional controls for the most critical/crucial dimensions and statistical in-process controls
Optimized tool design and use of new materials for improved handling of the cartridges
100% in-line camera control for cosmetic defects
With complete control of the forming conditions and through continuous product improvements, we can ensure:
Our cartridges are available in a ready-to-use (RTU) configuration. They are washed, siliconized, capped (optional) and sterilized, making them suitable for processing on both new and existing fill and finish lines.
Explore the advantages of our EZ-fill® ready-to-use cartridges, crafted to simplify pharmaceutical processes by avoiding several production steps, such as siliconization, crimping and sterilization, and increasing your flexibility in fill and finish process. Learn more about EZ-fill®
Our cartridges are compliant with PH.Eur., USP and JP for applicable parts; our Regulatory Affairs team can support customer drug applications and provide authorization of DMF submissions to US FDA, Health Canada, as well as for other regional authorities.
Reliable solutions for complex drug formulations
Enhanced customization for injectable drugs
Safe and reliable administration in wearable drug delivery devices
By-pass glass cartridges for lyophilized drugs
The cartridge systems comprise a glass barrel, a plunger and a lined cap (aluminum cap + lined rubber) or a vial crimp (aluminum cap + rubber front stopper). Depending on the application and fill and finish process, the cartridges components vary in sizes, formulation, and design.
Add-on components
Lined caps (for 7.15mm finish)
Front stoppers and alu-caps (for 13mm finish)
With over 10 years of know-how throughout the Technology Excellence Centers, we support you in defining and running the best testing protocol to assess the performance and compatibility between your product, the containment system, and relevant delivery devices such as pen injectors.
Our Technology Excellence Centers can be your strategic partner performing comparison and compatibility testing throughout the product development lifecycle. Early testing minimizes the risk of a future re-formulation or container re-validation while in clinical development, or worse to re-call your product after the launch in the market.
